Prof.Nader M. Ibrahim
Professor Prof. Nader M. Ibrahim is an Egyptian academic, holder of a Ph.D. in International Commercial Arbitration with honours from the Law School of Alexandria University in 1998. His Ph.D. was awarded the Dr. Hassan Baghdady Prize.
Prof. Ibrahim worked for the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport from 1995 to 2016, where in addition to teaching, was assigned to many administrative positions and which included Laws’ Courses Coordinator, Assistant Dean for Education and Students’ Affairs, Associate Dean for Research and Graduates’ Studies, and eventually Dean of the College of International Transport and Logistics (Cairo - from Sept. 2013 to August 2016). Prof. Ibrahim received his academic title of Professor of Commercial Law in April 1, 2013.
Prof. Ibrahim served as a visiting professor to Alexandria (Law and Commerce Colleges, 2010-2012) and Nantes Universities (France, Summer 2010), and was in secondment to the Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Academic Year 2012-2013).
Prof. Ibrahim taught courses of introduction to law, business law, international business law, insurance law, transportation law, international contracts and arbitration.
Prof. Ibrahim is on the list of the arbitrators of the Regional Center for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA), and in practice before both chambers, that of Alexandria (Cases: 23/2008; 25/2009; 26/2009 and 31/2011), and Cairo (Cases: 265/2001; 700/2010; 1001/2014; 1008/2014; 1009/2014; 1010/2014 and 1034/2015). He also holds experience with the arbitration systems of both ICC and ICSID, since he was a previous ICC intern (Paris 1994), and ICSID Projects’ Assistant (Washington 1996).
Prof. Ibrahim served in numerous Ministerial Committees in Egypt, concerning Maritime Law, and participated as an expert on task forces with the UNCITRAL and Arab League on matters of maritime and transport laws; he was particularly a resource person to the African Union Commission, in the occasion of the signing of the African Maritime Transport Charter, during the 2010 October Durban Ministerial Conference, in South Africa.

Prof.Nisreen Mahasneh
Professor “Nisreen Mahasneh is a professor in private law. Her areas of interest are: contracts, tort, international trade, legal research and writing and legal clinics. She has published a number of articles and book chapters in Arabic and English at regional and international journals covering various aspects of contracts, Islamic jurisprudence, legal education besides three books on international trade, legal research and writing and finally Contract Law. Professor Nisreen was also a senior legal education specialist at the American Bar Association in Jordan. Finally professor Nisreen has participated in a number of regional and international conferences and carried out TOT seminars on the promotion of innovative legal education techniques.
Professor Nisreen holds an LLB and LLM degrees from the University of Jordan, and a Ph.D degree from the University of Aberdeen.”
Dr.Ioannis Konstantinidis
Assistant Professor Dr. Ioannis holds a Ph.D. and an LL.M. in Public International Law from the Sorbonne Law School (École de droit de la Sorbonne/Université Paris 1 Panthéon – Sorbonne, France), an M.A. from the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po, France) and a B.A. from the University of Athens (Greece). His Ph.D. thesis focuses on the institutions established by the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) and constitutes the first comprehensive study assessing these institutions twenty-one years following the entry into force of UNCLOS.
Dr. Ioannis was a Visiting Fellow at the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law (University of Cambridge) and the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law. He has taught international law at the Institute of Diplomatic Studies (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) and the International Foundation for the Law of the Sea. He worked at the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea and the Office of Legal Affairs of the United Nations.
Dr. Ioannis has advised in connection with disputes heard at the International Court of Justice, the European Court of Human Rights and the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes.
Dr. Ioannis is a public international law expert with particular interest in law of the sea, international organizations, human rights and international investment law.
Dr.Ahmed Mahmoud
Associate Professor Dr. Ahmed Sayed MAHMOUD is an Associate Professor of Civil Procedure Law and Arbitration for Ain-Shams University, Faculty of Law (Cairo-Egypt).
In 2012, he received his Post-Doctoral from the Faculty of Law, Lyon III University, France. He also joined the Georgetown University, Law Centre, US as a Visiting Researcher in 2013. He received his PhD in Civil Procedure Law (2011), LLM in Private Law and Procedural Law, and his License en Droit (LL.B.), from the Ain-Shams University.
In 2015, he has been seconded, as a Lecturer and Legal Expert, for the Ministry of Interior- UAE (Abu Dhabi), and as an Assistant Professor at Buraimi University College -Oman in 2013.
Dr. Ahmed is the founder of Human Rights Association of Faculty of Law, Ain Shams University and he has been an Academic Supervisor of the Legal Clinic and Moot Court at Buraimi College University (Oman).
He was the Associate Director of Arbitration Centre, Ain-Shams University, 2011- 2013 and he is an international arbitrator certified by International Arbitration Institute (IAI), France (Paris) and he is a member in Youth Forum of Arbitration-ICC (International Chamber of Commerce in Paris) and London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
He teaches Civil Procedure Law and International Commercial Arbitration and his research interests are extent to Disabled Persons Rights, Private International Law.
In Law training, Dr. Ahmed has gained multi-disciplinary experience such as Litigation, Arbitration and Moot Court/ Arbitration. He got an international certificate in “Train The Trainer” (TTT) - Accelerated Learning Techniques- بشهادة دولية معتمدة من القيادة والإدارة الدوليين ( approved by the International Leadership and Management) – (ILM) - بريطانيا . Britain (UK).
In Fall 2016 Dr. Ahmed joined the College of Law, Qatar University as an Associate Professor for the academic year 2016-17.
