Who are we?
We answer all incoming calls from all various individuals, prospective students, current students, parents, employees, and international students. Also, we direct the caller to the specialized departments that will be able to assist in a detailed way with special cases.

What is the chat system?
The chat system is an important channel where Student Helpdesk respond to the current student’s inquiries about all QU services. The chat system is available through myQU portal.
